Scheduling Guidelines

To ensure availability of consultants and proper preparation, schools are requested to coordinate with their FELTA Innovation Representative at least two (2) weeks in advance.

For optimal learning and interaction, FELTA recommends a maximum of fifty (50) participants per seminar/workshop per school.


CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PRODUCT RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the quality of a product does not meet your expectations, please follow these guidelines:

Upon Receipt of Your Order

  • Inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
  • Verify the condition and completeness of items before processing, installation, or labeling.
  • Retain all invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders for reference.

Product Returns

Products may be returned to any FELTA office together with the corresponding invoice or purchase order.

Please Note:

     FELTA cannot issue credits or replacements for products that are:

  • Returned more than thirty (30) days after receipt
  • Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Marked, altered, or modified after delivery
  • Incomplete or missing components

REPLACEMENT PARTS? WE HAVE THEM!

To help extend the life of your educational technology equipment, FELTA maintains an inventory of replacement parts and accessories for supported products.

For replacement parts, accessories, maintenance supplies, or technical inquiries, simply contact your FELTA Innovation Representative or the nearest FELTA office.

Our team will assist you in identifying the correct parts and arranging prompt delivery.
