Message of Support from Department of Education (DepEd) ASEC Jahir Dakutan and Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA) Deputy Director General Nelly Dillera . Markus Fliege (Germany ) gave a speech in behalf of the World Robot Olympiad. The 24 countries waved their flag proudly in the Parade of Flags.
