President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. encouraged Cambodia’s business leaders to invest in the Philippines, citing the country’s promising gross domestic product growth of 7.6% in the third quarter of 2022.
The President outlined his administration’s goal to prioritize ease of doing business in the Philippines, such as digitizing government operations. He also shared his plans to improve the livelihood of Filipinos by supporting the manufacturing and food processing industries, as well as implementing the government’s 6 million housing project.
ASEAN Business and Investment Summit brought together ASEAN Heads of State, world leaders, CEO’s, Industry leaders and other Key business decision makers.
