Philippine Robotics National team won GOLD and SILVER at World Robot Olympiad AMERICAS 2026!

The Philippine Robotics National team represented by Grace Christian College team won SILVER for FUTURE Engineer which is the most advanced robotics category.

Advanced autonomous driving and self-driving robotic cars navigating a randomly configured track without human control. The challenge combines robotics engineering with strategy, precision, coordination, programming, and rapid problem-solving.

The Philippine Robotics National team also represented by Grace Christian College team, SILVER Medal demonstrates the versatility of Filipino young innovators across different forms of autonomous robotics.

The WRO 2026 Open Championship – Americas is a regional open robotics championship organized under the World Robot Olympiad Association, bringing together young robotics innovators from the Americas and other invited countries with 27 participating countries was held in Ontario, California last September 25-29,2026.

The 2026 WRO season carries the global theme “Robots Meet Culture,” encouraging students to explore how robotics, STEM, creativity, engineering, and technology can connect with culture and communities.

The Philippine Robotics National Team’s Gold and Silver medals are a significant achievement for Philippine STEM education and robotics development.

The success of the Philippine Robotics National team represented by Grace Christian College shows what young Filipino innovators can accomplish when they are given opportunities to develop their skills in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, coding, robotics, and autonomous systems.

With SILVER in Future Engineers and GOLD in RoboSports Double Tennis, the Grace Christian Team has given the Philippines another proud moment on the international robotics stage—proving that Filipino youth can innovate, compete, and excel in the rapidly evolving world of robotics.
