FELTA Multi-Media Inc. and MC FLY Industries formally sealed a strategic partnership to accelerate the development and adoption of aerial drone technology for education in the Philippines, marking a significant milestone in the country’s growing drone and aviation ecosystem.
The contract signing was held on February 10, 2026 led by MC FLY President Marlon Caras and FELTA President Mylene Abiva , at the FELTA Innovation Hub, bringing together leaders from both organizations committed to strengthening future-ready skills through technology-driven education. The partnership focuses on the development of drone technology modules and the introduction of structured aerial drone education programs designed for academic institutions, training centers, and skills development initiatives nationwide.
Under the agreement, FELTA Multi-Media will spearhead the integration of drone technology into education by leveraging its long-standing expertise in STEM education, robotics, and digital learning solutions. MC FLY Industries, known for its technical proficiency in aerial drone systems and applications, will contribute industry-relevant knowledge, practical training frameworks, and emerging use-case insights aligned with global drone standards.
A key highlight of the partnership is the announcement of the Philippine Aerial Drone Skills Championship, to be organized by FELTA Multi-Media. The national-level competition is set to be launched in June 2026 at SM Mall of Asia, one of the country’s premier venues for large-scale technology and skills events. The championship aims to identify, develop, and showcase Filipino talent in aerial drone operation, engineering, and applied drone technologies, while promoting safe, responsible, and competitive drone use.
As a member of the Philippine Aero Sports Federation, FELTA Multi-Media reinforces its commitment to aligning drone education and competitions with recognized aviation and aero-sports standards. This affiliation ensures that training programs and competitive activities are conducted within established frameworks that emphasize safety, technical excellence, and international best practices.
