Philippine Robotics National Team won JUDGE’S AWARD at FLL World Championship 2018

FLL World Championship is one of the largest International Robotics Competitions in the world! With over 25,000 + teams participating in regional and national competitions globally each year. The Philippine Robotics National Team represented by Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Inc. Blue Ocean 10 bested 109 teams from 83 countries at the FLL World Championship held in Houston, Texas, USA  by winning the JUDGE’s AWARD (Rising Star) , an award given to a team that has excelled in Robot Game, Robot Project and Core Values. The theme is “Hydro Dynamics”. DYCI Blue Ocean made a Robot called OCEAN that can filter and disinfect Marilao River and remove pathogens and bacteria. Another Robot called BLUE to generate energy from Rain water to charge mobile phones and convert the water into Edible Water Bottle. Truly World Class Vanguards of Water! Congratulations! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!
