Philippine Robotics National Team Bags CHAMPION AWARD in FLL World Championship Houston 2019

Double victory for the Philippine Robotics National Team  as Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Inc (DYCI) bag the CHAMPION AWARD -Finalist at the FLL World Championship Houston 2019 held in George Brown Convention Center, Houston, Texas, USA last April 15-21,2019 besting 109 teams from 74 countries . The Champion Award is given to a team with exemplary performance in the Robot Game, Project Presentation and Core Values to receive the highest award in the largest and most prestigious international Robotics Competition in the world. The other victory , De La Salle Zobel (DLSZ) won DISCOVER AND EXPLORE AWARD for the FLL JR World Exhibition 2019 (age 6-9 year olds) besting 43 countries. Mylene Abiva, National Organizer , FLL Philippines exclaimed ” The Philippines hold the CHAMPION AWARD center stage in international Robotics and will continue to excel and showcase the brilliance of the Filipino youth.”
