DEPED-ETU Free Live Webinar Robotics Technology using Lego Digital Designer EV3 Simulation Robot

To equip the DepEd Educators with emerging and relevant technology, the Department of Education – Educational Technology Unit in partnership with FELTA Multi-Media and with the support of LEGO Education, Billund, Denmark conducted a FREE Live Webinar on Robotics Technology using LEGO Digital Designer EV3 Simulation Robot. Over 254,360 views (and increasing) at the DepEd EdTech Facebook Live and another 15,740 views in You Tube Robotics Technology using LEGO . Director Abram Abanil, Director , DepEd -ICTS -ETU Department gave the Welcome Remarks, Mylene Abiva, President / CEO, FELTA Multi-Media Inc. gave an Inspirational Message, Mark Anthony Sy, Head, DepEd -ETU gave the Vision of DepEd Digital Rise Program and Brian Dam, Territory Manager for Southeast Asia, LEGO Education, Billund, Denmark gave a Talk about LEGO Education Core Values and How to build Confidence after the Covid crisis. Annalyn Aban, LEGO Education Academy Trainer and FELTA Multi-Media Master Teacher conducted the LEGO Education Digital Designer EV3 Simulation Training. Mark Anthony Jamisal and Joy Gervacio Salazar from the Department of Education were the moderators. The Educators were very enthusiastic and prizes were given to the “Best LEGO Duck ” using the LEGO Digital Designer. DAY 1 is for the digital building of the EV3 Robot and will be continued by Virtual Robotics for the programming and deep dive Training.
