Philippine Robotics National Team bags Silver and Bronze Ranking at World Robot Olympiad Finals PANAMA 2023

The World Robot Olympiad Finals was held in Panama November 7-10, 2023 concluded with resounding success, marking a significant milestone as the largest and most internationally acclaimed robotics event in the world. Showcasing exceptional innovation, creativity, and technological prowess, the event hosted a myriad of talented participants from 82 countries , across the globe, culminating in a celebration of robotics excellence.
The event witnessed an outstanding display of skill and ingenuity from various competing teams, with the Philippine Robotics National Team emerging as a beacon of success. The team’s remarkable achievements are as follows:
Silver Rankings were achieved by:
Project 6 Elementary School (DepEd, Quezon City) in category of Future Innovators – Elementary
Dr. Yangas Colleges, Inc.in category of Future Innovators – Junior High School
Marie Ernestine School ( Lapu Lapu City ,Cebu) in the category of Robo Mission Senior High School
 
Additionally, several teams secured notable Bronze Rankings, including:
Batangas State University in the Future Engineers category and the Robo Mission categories for both Junior High School and Senior High School
IBO Elementary School (DepEd Lapu Lapu, Cebu) in the Robo Mission, Elementary category
Betty Go Elementary School (DepEd Quezon City)
Japer Memorial High School in the Robo Mission and Future Innovators categories for both Junior High School and Senior High School
Marigondon National High School (DepEd Lapu Lapu, Cebu) in the Robo Sports category
Legazpi City Science High School (DepEd Bicol) in the Robo Sports category

Mylene Abiva, President and CEO, served as the Age Group Head Judge for Future Innovators, Junior High School, contributing her expertise to the competition. Her notable involvement included presenting the prestigious Technical Solution Award to the accomplished Robinsons Innovators from Puerto Rico.
